Temporary Personal Assistant - Immediate Start - London Bridge

My client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their Small family-run company based in London Bridge!

Specialising in Smart Technology, they are looking for someone to support the two owners with their personal and business day to day, ranging from diary management, booking international travel, liaising with clients on their behalf and much more. Strong organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to be proactive and takes initiative so they can be left alone and trusted to complete all tasks.

London Bridge | Full-Time |£13 - £15 | Start Immediately!

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the owners
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the owners of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Any other duties required by the owners

You will have:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Minimum 2/3 years exp
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work in a stand alone position
  • Strong initiative and proactive working manner
