Join a RICS Chartered multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will manage cost management commissions across commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, heritage, community and residential projects, with a clear progression route towards Associate level.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Manage projects from initial enquiry through to final account\n\n * Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and procurement advice\n\n * Administer contracts and commercial reporting processes\n\n * Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors\n\n * Deliver quantity surveying services on projects up to £40 million\n\nRequirements\n\n * MRICS qualified or eligible via the experienced route\n\n * Minimum two years' post-qualification quantity surveying experience\n\n * Consultancy or PQS background preferred\n\n * Experience preparing cost plans and tender documentation\n\n * Ability to manage projects independently\n\nSalary & Package\n\n * £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary\n\n * Discretionary bonus scheme\n\n * Hybrid and flexible working\n\n * Private health insurance\n\n * APC support, CPD programme and paid professional subscriptions\n\n * Progression towards Associate level\n\n📩 Apply with your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
