RF Engineer

A growing RF semiconductor company in the Leeds area is looking for an RF Engineer to join them and focus on the development and measurement of GaN-based RF Power Amplifiers. As an RF Engineer you will have a number of core competencies that include:GaN PA DesignRF circuit designPA CharacterisationRF MeasurementsTo be considered for the RF Engineer position, you must have prior experience as an RF Design Engineer, ideally have experience with GaN or GaAs technology, a strong understanding of power amplifiers, and be happy to be hands-on in a number of areas within a small growing team.
