Client DetailsMy client is a leading Professional Services, who operate on an international level.DescriptionKey responsibilities:Deal with any queries in relation to employee and company benefitsLiaise with brokers and providers at renewal points for any health and risk benefitsAct as a point of contact for all benefit providersSupport the Pension and Reward Manager on a daily basisAssist with the development and coordination of the annual wellbeing events calendarMaintain intranet pages with up to date information on benefits and wellbeingKeep up to date with changes to the benefits portalProvide adhoc analysis and reporting for reward-related activitiesProfileExperience in Professional ServicesA degree in HR or a related subject, or working experience in HR is advantageousStrong IT skills including Excel, Word, OutlookHR database management experienceExperience of working on a benefits systemExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skillsStrong organisational skillsAbility to manage time effectivelyJob OfferSalary (negotiable DOE)Excellent company benefitsHybrid working - 2 home-based days, 2 office days and 1 flexible day OR fully remote working available
