Recruitment Business Partner

The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for leading and implementing the recruitment strategy for the business and will take the lead on activities within their defined business area. The Recruitment Business Partner will provide support to the wider Recruitment team and will line manage a team of Resourcing Advisors to deliver a first-class experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Client DetailsMy client is a leading Professional Services firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne.DescriptionKey responsibilities:Partner with senior stakeholders, leadership teams and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and shape future hiring strategiesDevelop insight and knowledge in key business disciplines, and provide updates on key recruitment trends in these areasEnsure that hiring managers have the key skills and tools needed in order to hire the top talent in their business areasIdentify job requirements and determine qualification criteria for candidatesProvide expert advice on how to best structure recruitment campaigns, with a focus on maximising social media presence and reducing the need for third-party suppliersDemonstrate a progressive recruitment approach and a continuous improvement mindsetWork collaboratively with colleagues to improve the recruitment service for both managers and candidatesManage relationships internally and externally, including account relationship managementEnsure managers are fully briefed on the progress of recruitment campaigns, including regular update meetingsManage candidate engagement and provide support and guidance to Resourcing AdvisorsManage and coach the Resourcing Advisor, providing guidance on recruitment activities and dealing with any escalated queriesMaintain relationships with recruitment agenciesManage interview and assessment processes, driving consistency and quality in both internal and external processesProfilePrevious experience in either an in-house recruitment role or recruitment agencyExtensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment campaign managementMust have operated at a senior level within a recruitment teamProven success in developing direct sourcing channels, particularly with LinkedInExperience of implementing creative recruitment strategies including referralsHighly skilled at building relationships to engage and gain credibility with senior stakeholdersAbility to deliver difficult messagesProven track record of sourcing candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, CV databases, job boards and referralsExperience of using a document management system or applicant tracking system (ATS)Excellent communication skillsJob OfferSalary £45,000 - £48,000 per annumExcellent company benefitsHybrid working
