Recruitment Delivery Manager / Account Manager

Paying up to £45k + £5k Car Allowance + Bonus

Badenoch + Clark are looking for an experience Recruitment Account Manager to join a leading private sector business based in Birmingham West Midlands. The primary function of the Account Manager is to take responsibility for the delivery of all agreed recruitment solutions for three accounts. The Account Manager will be required to deliver against the planned revenue, margin and total operating profit targets including all debt and payments issues, as well as agreed client SLA's and targets.

Key responsibilities:

*Work as part of a management team, collectively responsible for the performance and delivery of recruitment.
*Drive sales, quality of service, cost of delivery and compliance by providing and monitoring KPI's on all aspects of the recruitment service.
*Act as the point of referral for all escalations.
*Build and maintain strong business relationships both with all key decision makers and facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders.
*Partner with each recruitment account to develop and interpret the recruitment business strategy into a clear and achievable business plan.
*Responsible for x3 accounts to support and have a strong stakeholder management presence.
*Assist in the creation of account business plans in line with the Strategic Accounts business strategy.
*Assist and support the sales teams and drive new sales opportunities within your respective accounts.
*Effectively assess and manage business risk.
*Implement measures to ensure that performance against KPI's is tracked effectively.
*Provide effective leadership.
*Ensure compliance requirements are met, implement and control audit and quality processes.
*Take a strategic approach in creating plans for the short, medium and long term.

What skills we are looking for:

*Passion for recruitment delivery with a focus on delivering to strict SLA's.
*Experienced in managing recruitment processes.
*Team management experience.
*CIPD Qualified or equivalent would be desirable.
*Experienced in strategy development and implementation.
*Experience in building and managing customer / stakeholder relationships.
*Account Management, Client relationship management experience within an RPO or an MSP.
