Long Term Temporary Ongoing Role (Evening and Weekends)

£9.00 - £10.30 per hour, depending on shift and days worked

Based in the heart of Newcastle's City Centre, you would be responsible for ensuring a continued focus on delivering an excellent service for the Manpower brand. You will be responsible for taking staffing orders, absences, processing order amendments and cancellations.

You must be fully flexible to work between the hours of 17:00 and 22:00 during weekdays and 08:00 - 22:00 over weekends - please be aware as this is an out of hours role, at times nightshift coverage may be needed between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00. This role is for a minimum of 30 hours per week which usually would include 3 week nights per week from 1700 - 2200 and both Saturday and Sunday which may be anytime between 08:00 - 22:00. You would also be required to be available to work bank holidays.

Responsibilities:

Actively take orders for drivers and warehouse logging shift details accurately onto systems
Contacting staff to fill orders and absences
Dealing with calls, emails and ensuring these are reflected with a high level of accuracy for the branch network to resolve the next working day
Monitor multiple inboxes
Keeping clients consistently updated on their orders
Achieve quality SLAs in order to meet client expectations

What we are looking for:

Someone who is fully flexible and is willing to work unsociable hours on a long term basis

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Demonstrate ability to use initiative
Confident telephone manner
Someone who is able to use Microsoft packages and emails

This is temp ongoing role with no end date therefore we require long term flexible commitment which includes working weekends and bank holidays.
