We at BS Social Care are working alongside a renowned and highly admired national social care organisation in the search for a manager for a supported living service in Darlington.
The team you will be managing works with the residents, who have some additional needs, live in their own homes and you will help provide a safe and secure environment for them to thrive and flourish in whatever way they want to. This is a resident led role, you are there to help enable them achieve whatever goals they set themselves.
You will have experience in working in supported living services and/or semi-independent living services and experience of leading teams in the sector. You will be absolutely committed to the organisation's ethos of being a service user led provision where you are there to enable the residents to live their lives to the full, however they want to.
