We are looking for a highly competent HR & Internal Recruitment Specialist to join a successful professional services organisation based in their Spalding office on a permanent full time basis.
As part of a small team you will report directly to the HR Director and act as a trusted advisor and recognised expert always striving for a positive difference and to embrace new talent into the business at all levels.
*Work with the Human Resources team, Marketing and hiring managers to develop new and successful talent acquisition strategies, including direct targeting and social media and job boards that attract applicants of the right quality to the business
*Work directly with senior leaders to deliver on brand recruitment needs to support internal growth plans and build solid working relationships with 3rd party agents
*Represent the business in a professional manner either at interviews, agent meetings, careers fairs or various networking events.
*Drive and organise many recruitment streams simultaneously, understanding the strategies behind different approaches, across all locations.
*Manage the day to day running of the early careers program such as the bursary scheme, apprenticeship schemes and training contract routes building strong links with relevant providers.
*Write job adverts which accurately reflect the role and appeal to the intended candidate pool, following consultation with the hiring manager. This includes social media sites and in traditional publications.
*Develop and maintain the HR system and streamline the recruitment process to deliver maximum efficiencies.
*Recruit at all levels from support staff to partner level and organise the recruitment process for new staff
*Meeting with internal stakeholders to discuss the role and the candidate specifications, including the recruitment strategy. Organising interviews and any relevant testing that may be required
*Provide full HR Administrative support including employment contracts and organise new employee induction days
*Develop a pipeline of good candidates and build up a potential talent pool for all roles
*Support the HR Director in benchmarking rewards and benefits and Provide management information (MI) on the recruitment process. Analyse trends and report to the business useful findings.
The ideal candidate will come from an HR recruitment background and be CIPD qualified or equivalent (or studying CIPD) and have the following key skills:
*Solid understanding of the recruitment cycle
*Good knowledge of legislation
*Displays great organisational and time management skills.
*Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with competence in spelling, punctuation and grammar.
*Possesses good Administrative skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Office systems.
