Electrical Lead Permanent

Manpower are working in partnership with an International Engineering company to find their next Electrical Lead

As Electrical Lead you will be managing a team of Electrical Engineers who are responsible for the build of projects, the inspection and testing of equipment to FAT procedures, the assembly of Electrical systems for specific contracts, the initial snagging of a new build / serviced piece of hire kit, the pre-commissioning, inspection, assembling, testing and commissioning of Electrical systems

You will also be responsible for specific inspection, build and test documentation, costing of small service or build jobs and modifying and upgrading electrical equipment as necessary ensuring that drawings are marked up for subsequent revision

At certain times the work and working hours will vary dependent upon specific project requirements and the role may involve national and international travel.

• Have a proven track record of leading & managing a team.
• Have worked in a similar role previously
• Be Educated to HNC level in an Electrical discipline
• Have excellent communication & mentoring skills
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
