Do you have experience of facilities management across multiple locations for past employers? If so, we have an exciting role for the right candidate on a temporary longer-term basis. You will be responsible for a team of 5 administrators within the department, supporting over 350 staff. Day to day duties of the department include room booking, fault reporting, estates management and keeping control of security & safety. This role will see the successful candidate taking responsibility for the department and service delivered through the team of administrators and suggest process improvements to Senior Management. We are looking for somebody with excellent organisational skills and facilities management experience. Excellent customer service skills are essential and a "can-do" attitude is vital for the successful candidate to succeed in this role.
