DBA Contract

Role: Database Administrator x2
Location: Newcastle - Working remotely - until COVID restrictions are lifted, may be occasional travel to client site in London (expenses would be paid).
Day Rate: £600 a day via Umbrella / PAYE (Inside of IR35)
Contract: 6 Months +

The role is for an experienced Microsoft Database Administrator to support a range of applications.

Microsoft DBA - General skillset
- Database checks
- Database monitoring
- Configuring database checks
- Database analysis / query skills
- VM monitoring

SQL Server Developer
- Code review
- Code development
- T-SQL

Microsoft Advanced DBA skills
- Replication
- High Availability Concepts

NPPV clearance will be required - existing SC clearance is preferable as it makes NPPV clearance quicker
