Customer Support Administrator

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join our client, a prestigious company based close to Wessington Way, Sunderland.

Hours of work between 8:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday. The hourly pay rate is up to £10 per hour.

This role is a temporary contract for a minimum of 3 months but could continue longer. Due to the urgency of this recruit it is essential you are available to start work immediately. You will be expected to commit to the FULL duration of this assignment, so please only apply if you are comfortable with temporary work.

The purpose of the role

  • To be responsible for the day to day management of all administration relating to all customer issues
  • To provide exceptional customer service
  • To ensure all customers have a positive journey
  • To contribute to the smooth-running operation of the customer support team

Key Duties;

  • Provide customer service and support, via telephone and email and log results of all telephone calls and emails
  • Monitor the Customer Services email inbox
  • Appointment booking
  • Diary management for field-based colleagues
  • Responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues
  • Take ownership of all ongoing customer's issues
  • Oversee the work of field-based staff and report weekly on poor outcomes as necessary
  • Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any works, and ensure that customers are kept informed
  • Liaise with and provide feedback to other departments
  • Ensure the correct allocation of work to field based staff

  • Ensure materials are available as required to facilitate field-based staff
