This role forms part of Orbis Property Services and works within the FM Services Contract
Management Team. The Facilities Contract Support Officer forms part of the wider Orbis
Property Team, providing operational contract management and supplier performance auditing to
sites across the Orbis Partnership. Operating within a shared function, post holders will need to
bring expertise and innovation to their role and will work on local, regional and collaborative
projects. The role reports into the Facilities Contracts Officer and will support with the day today
administration and contract performance monitoring. The post holder will monitor and manage
supplier performance, typically through conducting site and service audits using an agreed
system and provide support with introducing variations to contract.
The post holder is expected to deal with site managers, senior officers and work with the wider
Property contracts team.
Property Services has offices in the County Hall locations of our partner authorities. Staff will be
expected to operate in a flexible way to meet the needs of our customers and work demands.
This role has a core base location of County Hall however this role is largely based in the field
with frequent site visits. In addition, our organisation supports flexible working and this can
include working from home or from other partner offices both within and outside of the County.
