Job Summary As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will play an instrumental role in delivering a world class recruitment experience to all our candidates. Youll be the first point of contact for all candidate enquiries and manage all administration tasks in the recruitment process, all whilst working to key SLAs and KPIs.Youll get to work with multiple teams that are involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new starters, ensuring that the handoff activity between teams is seamless and a consistent candidate experience is delivered. Youll also get involved in reporting, managing the referral scheme and support in content generation for social media and creative campaigns to promote the Maximus UK employer brand.This role will be home based with travel as and when required. Essential Job Duties Essential job duties;Schedule interviews and administer candidate testing throughout the recruitment processCarry out hired candidate onboarding check in calls, tracking and reporting on outcomesManage the team inboxes and phone lines, responding to queries and delivering a customer focused serviceWork with the wider HR and operational teams to ensure new starters complete all pre boarding activity and are allocated the correct training seats and inductionEnsure best practice in GDPR, data collection and retention is carried out effectively for the storage of candidate data Education and Experience Requirements Were looking for a customer focused administrator who is passionate about delivering a world class recruitment experience.
