You will foster long term relationships with customers and provide customer excellence. The Customer Relations Advisor will be the customers champion when queries arise, taking responsibility and dealing directly with these queries wherever possible and overseeing them to a satisfactory conclusion. You will also support the Corporate Sales team by identifying and processing sales opportunitiesYou will be joining an established and supportive team who will help you through you on boarding and you will receive regular training and development.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Customer Service experience and has a confident telephone manner. This will be a busy, diverse and challenging role requiring a strong sense of urgency to stay focused in the face of difficult and exciting challenges.Principle Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Being the customers point of contact for any queriesMonitoring and logging emails on CRM relating to Customer Relations and Customer SupportSupporting customers through the sales process by receiving inbound sales calls and email communicationsPresenting new products and services to clients, enhancing existing relationships.Assisting with ReportingAssisting the Credit Control department to investigate issues that may be delaying payment
